The amendment extends the agreement and introduces a new Personally Identifiable Information (PII) Phase focused on biometric digital ID development and evaluation planning. This builds on more than 12 months of exceptionally close collaboration between Global e·dentity™ and DHS/TSA teams — including the Transportation Security Laboratory (TSL), Requirements and Capabilities Analysis (RCA), and Science & Technology Directorate — under President Trump’s new Administration to restore Constitutionally guaranteed privacy to Americans and travelers.
