The company is now led by Rich Villandry, who brings a formal background in Construction Management and Architecture to the family business. He works directly with homeowners through each phase of a project, from the initial planning session and 3D design modeling through permitting, material selection, and the final walkthrough. The company operates as a multi-generational family business, with Brianna Villandry managing client experience and marketing across both locations.
